Arch works in North Staffordshire and surrounding areas supporting adults, children, young people, families and professionals on a mission to prevent and tackle domestic abusehelp end  homelessness and promote social inclusion.

We connect with people at difficult times in their lives. Our customers often have complex needs, including mental ill-health, poor physical health, substance misuse, offending behaviour or asylum seeker/refugee status. This may be compounded by low confidence, social isolation, poverty and debt, and a lack of practical life-skills.

We respect our customers. We never judge. We value the diversity of our local communities.

Last year we supported

people with advice, information or accommodation to avoid or deal with homelessness
people needing practical help, advice or information on domestic abuse
people with accommodation, advice, practical help or information
professionals to identify victims of domestic abuse and engage them in support
