We are governed by a Board of Trustees who oversee our activities. Trustees have a crucial role in developing our strategy, setting our objectives, monitoring our performance and risks, and ensuring that we deliver on our promises.
As part of the Staffordshire Housing Group, we are managed by the group’s Executive Team, which includes Director of Support and Wellbeing, Melanie Dunn who has overall responsibility for Arch services.
Our customers influence our work and the services they receive by carrying out in-depth service assessments and making recommendations to our Customer Services Committee. They carry out mystery shops, and take part in surveys and other opportunities to feed back their views and ideas.
