Learning centre
Arch Learning Centre works with people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or vulnerably housed.
The aim of our project is to engage our service users in positive activities that will:-
- improve personal independence
- promote healthy lifestyles
- improve social skills
- increase confidence and motivation
- introduce new skills
- identify barriers affecting entry into learning or employment
This can be achieved through a variety of activities such as sports, outdoor pursuits and life skills sessions.
As a result of attending these sessions, clients will be more equipped to move onto more formal learning or employment and lead a more healthy and settled way of life.
Referrals- These can be accepted from other Arch services and outside agencies. Self- referrals are also accepted.
