Internship Opportunities

Are you a graduate aspiring for a career in the third sector? Do you want a change in career? Are you looking for professional experience to develop your skills, boost your CV and make a real different to the work that we do?

If this sounds like you, then get ahead of the game, fast-track your personal development and fulfil your potential through an Internship at Arch.

We are currently recruiting for our 2011 Internship Programme!

Arch is a registered charity offering support and advice to a range of disadvantaged people across Staffordshire and Cheshire.  We work with people who are in housing need, families in need of support, victims and perpetrators of domestic violence and people seeking to return to education, training and employment.

The Arch Internship programme offers exciting opportunities to graduates and people looking to change career paths, who aspire to move into the third sector and who want to gain valuable experience within the work place.  As an intern at Arch you could be involved in developing a project, conducting some research or planning an event.  Your contribution can make a real difference to our organisation.

The placements will give you real responsibility and the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a practical way.  Our internship placements consist of unique pieces of work, with a specified output at the end of each placement.  You will get a chance to work on specific projects making a real difference to Arch's work.

The internships are voluntary and last for 6 months and you will generally work between three to five days a week.

Our Internship Programme is open to graduates and individuals looking for a change of career, who are willing to commit to the duration of the placement, who would like to get experience of working in the third sector and who has an interest in the work of Arch.
