Volunteer Role: Administration Support
Department: Elizabeth House
Responsible to: Project Manager and Coordinator
Time Commitment: Minimum of 2 hours per week
Main purpose of voluntary role:
To assist the duty staff in maintaining the smooth running of the Duty Office and administrative systems
Tasks Description:
- To assist the Duty Staff with the general administration of all office systems.
- To provide administrative support as requested to the project team, Coordinator and Manager
- Any other appropriately agreed tasks
Volunteers are reminded to:
1. Adhere to the principles of confidentiality, for example do not discuss your customer's details out in the public domain including your home environment.

Conditions of Role:
The agreement between Arch and the volunteer is not intended to be a legally binding contract between the parties and may be cancelled at any time at the discretion of either party. Neither of us intends any employment relationship to be created either now or in the future.
Prospective volunteers for Arch will receive relevant training pertaining to their area of work, followed by an induction period of one full day.
Your main base of work will be in Hanley, Stoke on Trent, and/or at local satellite sites. There may also be occasions where visits to relevant agencies or events are necessary.
