Stepping Stones Appeal
The Stepping Stones Appeal will help fund the essential work Arch does to support children and young people who have experienced or witnessed domestic abuse through their journey of recovery.
The children's workers at our refuges build a trusting bond with our children and young people so that they develop the self-esteem to learn to deal with and share their experiences in a safe environment.
Their journey begins with a guided tour of their new home. All of our children and young people are given a 'Welcome Pack' crammed full of essential goodies, soft toy to call their own and a wealth of specialist information.
Domestic abuse has devastating consequences on the lives of children and young people. The difference we make to their lives is phenomenal.
Your donation with help us in the following ways;
£5.00 helps us to buy a welcome toy for children that have had to leave their homes in a hurry and leave everything behind.
£16.00 helps us to provide a 'Be Healthy Kit' -
this includes a PE kit and bag, water bottle and lunch box.
£46.50 helps us to provide an 'Enjoy and Achieve'
pack for one of our children or young people - this includes a
school uniform, school shoes and bag.
£50.00 buys a hamper for a new born baby that
includes nappies, wipes, vests, a baby monitor etc.
£80.00 would help us to support a child or young
person to resettle into their new life after leaving the
refuge.
£1000 will support a vulnerable child or young
person for 3 months in our women's and children's refuge.
