Supported housing service
- The aim of Supported Housing’s transitional accommodation is to secure a permanent solution to homelessness by providing the support needed for individuals to live independently in the community.
- Our 54 bed spaces are offered to single people, aged 16 to 65, who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Our accommodation provides temporary furnished housing with support for up to 12 months, but can be longer.
- Each resident is allocated a named key worker who will work with them through the Independent Living Programme (I.L.P.) to develop life skills and move on to appropriate permanent accommodation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Single People
- Aged 16-65
- Homeless or in Housing Need
- Willing to accept Housing Related Support
- Willing to engage with additional support services, if appropriate.
There are no exclusion criteria. Each person will be considered and assessed according to need.
